Social Innovation and Cohesion Institute (Fifty - Fifty)
Fifty-Fifty is responsible for overall project coordination, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the work plan, budget, and EU funding requirements. The organization brings extensive experience in managing EU-funded projects and will oversee quality assurance, risk management, and strategic decision-making throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Pylon One
Pylon One leads the communication and dissemination strategy, ensuring maximum visibility of the project at both national and European levels. It will coordinate social media campaigns, newsletters, policy outreach, and final dissemination activities. Pylon One also contributes to impact evaluation, leveraging its expertise in civic engagement and strategic communication.

VICTORIA
Victoria leads the development of multilingual guidance materials and the creation of the project’s digital platform. With strong expertise in educational technology and language accessibility, the organization ensures that BRIDGE4U’s tools are practical, inclusive, and easy to use for both refugees and practitioners.

InterAktion
This partner focuses on community-based approaches to integration. InterAktion will implement local activities aimed at strengthening social cohesion and intercultural dialogue, ensuring that refugees and host communities are actively engaged in mutual understanding and collaboration.

DRPDNM
DRPDNM brings a wealth of expertise in participatory methodologies and monitoring. It will ensure that refugees are directly involved in shaping the interventions and that project outcomes are measured with precision and inclusivity in mind.

ANDRESPOL
As the lead partner for research and community needs analysis, ANDRESPOL will produce baseline studies and evidence-based recommendations that inform all other work packages. Its role is critical in ensuring that interventions are data-driven and context-specific.

uDevelop
uDevelop will engage young people, digital communities, and grassroots actors in the project’s activities. It will support the co-design of resources, contributing to a user-centered approach that reflects the real needs of refugees.

TE
TE leads the establishment of Guidance Hubs and coordinates their daily operation. It will ensure that hubs are inclusive, safe, and equipped to provide holistic support services, including legal assistance, employment counseling, and training opportunities.
